Any website or shop not authorized by us or by one of our partners, is prohibited from selling Skincode products. Despite careful monitoring, there are cases in which Skincode products are sold by dealers without authorization and thus do not carry a warranty from Skincode AG. These products may be old, counterfeit, opened, defective or not designed for use in your country. We are using our best efforts to prevent this practice.

Yes we ship to a variety of countries around the world. Due to local import regulations or FedEx shipping restrictions, there are a number of destinations we cannot ship to.

Orders from within Switzerland are shipped using the Swiss Post and International orders via FedEx International Priority. Yes. Skincode products do not contain animal or animal-derived ingredients. This means Skincode uses plant-based or biotech alternatives for ingredients that are commonly sourced from animals such as honey, beeswax, lanolin, collagen, elastin, and dairy products.

Skincode does not perform any animal testing on its finished products nor during the development process. Neither does Skincode delegate this task to others.

All Skincode products have been formulated to the highest standards of safety, health and efficiency. Each product has been extensively tested and formulated with gentle ingredients. That being said, we always recommend to check with your doctor before using any product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Preservation is essential in the formulation of cosmetic products as it prevents microbial contamination and ensures that products remain safe during their use. The free water available in a formula determines microbial activity and the rate of chemical changes. Skincode relies, to the maximum extent possible on humectants, such as Glycerin, Glycols and Sodium Polyacrylate to preserve our products because they possess exceptional moisture-binding properties. By reducing the water activity (amount of free water) in a cosmetic product, humectants inhibit the growth of microorganisms, thus protecting the formula from microbial contamination. We consciously add preservatives only as needed and in a responsible and smart way, taking into consideration the type of product, intended use, application sites, consumer needs, type of packaging, water concentration and interaction with other ingredients. Where preservatives are necessary to maintain the integrity of a formula, Skincode uses the minimum concentration needed to obtain optimal efficacy whilst still ensuring that our products remain safe and uncontaminated during their use.
