Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Kindly note that due to fluctuations in order volumes, delivery times may be longer than indicated below.

Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order confirmation. The timeline of delivery depends on your country and upon the receipt of payment. Once we receive your payment, we aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Swiss holidays will be processed on the following business day, unless indicated otherwise.

Switzerland: 1-3 business days via Swiss Post
European Union: 2-4 business days International Priority by FedEx*
Rest of the World: 3-7 business days International Priority by FedEx*

*Delivery time estimate may be exceeded due to delays with customs clearance. Customers will receive a tracking number when their order has been fulfilled and dispatched to follow the status of the delivery. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the tracking number.
 

SHIPPING COSTS
National: We offer free shipping for all orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Europe: Free shipping within Europe is offered for orders over CHF 200 (before shipping, after promotional discount). Every order below CHF 200 is subject to a CHF 29 flat rate shipping fee within Europe.
Rest of the World: Free shipping is offered for orders over CHF 300 (before shipping, after promotional discount). International orders below CHF 300 are subject to a CHF 49 flat rate shipping fee. We currently do not ship to all countries. Please refer to the shipping limitations below.
 

TAXES AND DUTIES
Important note: All orders ship from Switzerland, which is outside of the European Union. Your order may be subject to customs, duties and import charges, and/or VAT imposed by your country of residency. These charges are not included in our prices nor in our shipping costs. The recipient is responsible for paying them upon delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations for further information.
 

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver products to Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Anguilla, Antarctica, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Bangladesh, Belau, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Chad, Chile, Colombia, Congo, Costa Rica, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Cyprus, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, French Guiana, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Guinea, Honduras, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Kuwait, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Suriname, Swaziland (Eswatini), Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe due to local import regulations or FedEx shipping restrictions. Restrictions are subject to change on a daily basis without notice.

We reserve the right to add and remove countries to and from this list at any time at our own discretion.
Shipping services are not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. BOX destinations and U.S. Territories.

 

RETURN POLICY
At Skincode, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products that meet your needs and expectations. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms and conditions.

1. Conditions for Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:
• Product Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the product due to defects or quality issues, you may return it for a full refund. You must complete a return request form before initiating the return, and visual proof will be requested as part of the process. Please contact our customer service team to obtain the form.
• Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that we do not issue refunds for the following reasons:
• Customs, Taxes, and Duties: Orders shipped from Switzerland to other countries may incur customs, duties, import charges, and/or VAT imposed by the country of residence. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and the recipient is responsible for paying them upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for products returned due to these charges. Please check your country’s import regulations for further information.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We provide tracking numbers with every purchase to ensure customers can follow the parcel. Skincode is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages after delivery

3. Return Shipping Costs
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the product to our company. We do not cover return shipping costs.
• Return Method: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and sent using a traceable shipping method to avoid any loss or damage during transit.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
